Biella is a city that extends to the outlet of the valleys of the Elvo, the Oropa and the Red deer. Connecting rod is from three city nuclei: Biella Piazzo, the high part, Piano Biella, on the right of the torrent Red deer and Chiavazza Biella on the opposite side.
In the public square Dome in Piano Biella we find the Baptistry erected in X the century. It has quadrilateral plant with four semicircular apses.
